On Saturday, April 6, I sent the following email to Lyara:

... I am very clear about being part of the team that came here to help with the transition. My own spiritual sources have confirmed this unequivocally. I have also experienced the "lightening rod" effect directly, and in several other areas have been given information that confirms yours. (In a few cases, this happened years ago.)

A major part of my job is to facilitate communications, both with the public at large and within the community of those who came here for this purpose. Again, I have direct guidance on this, and in fact have performed in this role all my life. My current instructions include (but are not limited to) the establishment of several communications nexi on the Internet.

I had hoped to work with you on this, but you have chosen to reject such a working relationship with me. That is your right and privilege, and I accept that it is in the path of your personal growth. However, it in no way excuses me from my own obligations, which I intend to fulfill to the very best of my ability. You may be interested to know that when I asked my internal sources, the ones who have been giving me highly specific direction for many, many years, if indeed they were the Hosts, they said "Yes." I was not surprised... merely took it as further confirmation of your information. (I had never asked them who they were before; the question had literally never crossed my mind. But their information is always precise and correct, and that is enough for me.)

Therefore, in accord with specific instructions, I have set up a Web site devoted to communications for those who are interested in the Operation Terra material. I was told to use the domain operationterra.org, which was available... and so I have registered that domain. I have also taken legal advice, and am assured that as long as the site isn't used commercially (which it will not be), it is a totally legal exercise of free speech rights, and not any sort of violation of trademark or copyright law, or ICANN rules.

I would hope that, as you suggest above, you really do wish me well wherever this journey takes us both. I have no wish to harm you or your work in any way, as you will see from the statements already on the Web site:

In fact, I see this as having only positive effects for you. You will note that I refer people to your site for the Message texts and for purchase of your books. (In fact, I would like to make a quantity purchase of V.2 myself when it finally comes out.) And if you feel that the Forums are a drain on your energy, you now have an alternative to "abandoning" those there, to which you can refer them in good conscience.

Then there's the question of how much longer you will remain in 3D anyhow. I understand that you've said you will be going early on, possibly in the first wave. I've been told to expect to stay until the end of the second, and to return to help with the third... and this site will remain up as long as I'm breathing and there is an Internet. I promise. I'm also taking steps to launch sites in other countries, to provide communications if the Net fragments, as seems rather likely... It is my job, and I take it quite seriously. So again, you can feel free to go without regrets whenever it is right for you to do so... the torch you lit will not go out.
